Shipping Policy
- DELIVERY TIMES Fincut makes its best efforts to ensure that the order is prepared and delivered to the carrier within an average of one (1) to three (3) working days from the day following the Customer's validation of their order.
The products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer within an indicative period of 3 days from the date of order confirmation, except in the event of special periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).
For countries outside France, the average delivery time is between 3 and 12 working days.
Delays may nevertheless occur in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for reasons related to the place of delivery and Fincut declines all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of products or strike.
To track their order, the customer must click on the link sent by email following shipment of their order and click on the tracking number contained in the shipment confirmation email sent to them.
In the event of unavailability of the product, Fincut undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible so that the Customer can be reimbursed without delay and at the latest within 30 days following confirmation of the order.
In the event of a foreseeable extension of the delivery time, Fincut undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and by any means so that the latter can then choose to maintain or cancel all or part of his order.
Fincut cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any events beyond its control, in particular cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, which tend to delay or prevent the delivery of the product ordered as defined in article 15 hereof.
In the event of non-compliance with the deadline mentioned plus 14 days, the Customer may cancel his order by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address 59 rue de l'Atre, Mouscron, Belgium. The cancellation will only be taken into account by Fincut if the shipment or delivery has not taken place between the sending and receipt of said letter. The Customer will be reimbursed at the latest within 15 days following receipt of the registered letter by Fincut.
Fincut reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the correct delivery of the products.
PLEASE NOTE: If a package is returned to the sender due to non-claim or incorrect delivery address provided by the Customer, Fincut reserves the right to charge the Customer for the reshipping costs again. In this case, if the package is returned to the sender again, it will no longer be returned to the Customer and the amount corresponding to this order, including any additional delivery costs, will remain the property of Fincut.

DELIVERED COUNTRIES Delivery is made to mainland France, the European Union or internationally at the Customer's choice.

Delivery control
Fincut guarantees the conformity of the product delivered to the essential characteristics described on the site and this for use in accordance with its intended purpose.
The Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product delivered, and to issue any reservations on the carrier's delivery note, if necessary.
The Customer must also confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within two (2) working days following the delivery date, setting out said complaints. The Customer must send a copy of this letter by e-mail to contact@fincut.fr or by simple mail to the address 59 rue de l'Atre, Mouscron, Belgium.
Unless there is a legitimate reason, any claim not brought to the attention of Fincut within 21 days of receipt of the Products will be considered inadmissible, and Fincut cannot be held liable.
Fincut reserves the right to ask the Customer to return the non-compliant or damaged Product.
In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, Fincut reserves the right to refuse to honor a subsequent order.
- DELIVERY COSTS Shipping costs will be charged at the rate in effect on the day of the order and may vary depending on the delivery territory and the delivery method chosen by the Customer on the Site, which the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts.
The Customer acknowledges the delivery terms before final validation of his order.
Fincut is not responsible for additional taxes and service fees charged by certain countries.
Customers will be held responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes and other charges levied by the destination country, prior to placing an order. Fincut will not be responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges due under any circumstances.
For abroad, if the order arrives in the country and:

The Customer refuses the package

No delivery attempt to the indicated address is successful in the destination country to deliver the package
Fincut then reserves the right to abandon the said package and will not be required to provide any refund.
