The withdrawal period granted by Fincut is 2 weeks longer than the current regulations. You have 30 days to return your product to us. This period starts from:
- the delivery date,
- or the date of availability.
When you return the product, do not look for a return slip in your package. We do not include one because we now have a paperless policy.
The return times for a product can vary: up to 15 calendar days before it arrives at our warehouse to be processed.
Once received, we check that the returned product matches its original condition, in accordance with our policies on the validity of exchanges and refunds.
