You can modify or cancel your order provided you do so before it is prepared. This requires you to act quickly as orders are prepared within a short timeframe.
If your order has not yet been prepared, please request cancellation or modification as soon as possible by contacting our services at this address: support@fincutmen.com.
Please note that this process can only be done via this email address. It is not possible to cancel or modify a confirmed order directly from the Fincut website.
When requesting cancellation or modification, please specify:
- Your order number.
- The items to be canceled or modified.
The cancellation or modification may only apply to part of your order. In this case, please specify to our customer service which products you wish to exchange or cancel. This way, you keep the products that suit you.
