How to proceed
- Go to the Returns Portal.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the relevant item and choose the reason (size exchange, return, etc.).
- Download and print your shipping label to drop off your package.
Validation conditions
We will approve the exchange only if the returned product meets the following conditions:
- It must not have been worn (except for a brief fitting) or washed.
- The product must be clean, with no marks (deodorant, sweat, grease, etc.) or perfume odor.
- The product must be returned in its complete original packaging.
Important: any package returned outside our official network or the procedure communicated by our customer service team will not be approved.
