You notice that no discount is deducted from your purchase amount, even though you entered the promo code. What can you do? We recommend that you first check the following points:
- The eligibility of the products in your cart: some codes are only valid on a selection of items or do not apply to items already on promotion.
- Copy-pasting: make sure there are no invisible spaces before or after the promo code (this often happens with orders placed on smartphones).
- The validity date: ensure the offer has not expired.
- Non-combinability: unless otherwise stated, our promotional codes cannot be combined with each other.
